Whilst every effort is made to ensure the correct photographic representation of every item, there may be slight variations due to the photographic reproduction process or the computer system used by you. Other variations may be caused due to the hand-made craftsmanship of our product.

Very Beryl Ltd. reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

In order to purchase items from veryberyl.com you must register and create an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You can access and update the information you provided us with in the “My Account” section of the website - please notify us immediately of any changes to your registration information.

You must be over 18 years of age, be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Once you have placed an order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and acknowledging the details of your order. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Very Beryl Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or the payment and/or delivery details provided by the client are not legitimate. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Items in “my trolley” are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you proceed to the checkout section of the website and confirm your order.

Very Beryl Ltd. accepts the following cards for online payments: Mastercard, Visa, International Visa Electron, UK Visa Electron, UK Debit Mastercard, UK Visa Debit, UK Maestro.

We use a leading card processing company called Ogone. None of your secure card details collected through this secure payment gateway is available to Very Beryl or its employees. For more details on security please see our Privacy Policy.

Very Beryl will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery caused if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Very Beryl Ltd.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Your selected delivery option for you purchase will be added at the checkout section of the website. These additional charges are displayed (where applicable) and included in the 'Total Cost'.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock and you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us. You can cancel the order and are entitled to a full refund by the same payment method used to place the order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. 

Orders for delivery within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail with either their standard First Class, First Class Recorded or Special delivery service, which is selected by the customer at the checkout.  First Class is usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Recorded is usually delivered within 1-3 working days and Special is usually delivered the next working day (depending on the time the order was placed). 

Orders for delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail and International Signed For service.  Europe is usually delivered within 3-5 working days and Rest of World within 5-7 working days.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We will not be held responsible for any delay which arises from causes beyond our reasonable control.

Legal title of the goods shall be retained by Very Beryl until paid for in full by you.

This website may contain links to other sites which are not operated by Very Beryl Ltd. Very Beryl has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. General
The materials used are suitable and durable for their intended wear, however the resin, pewter or neckline may break or damage if dropped onto a hard surface.

We recommend you store your necklaces in the jewellery pouch and box provided for protection. All jewellery should be stored out of direct sunlight.

Avoid spraying perfume directly onto any jewellery.

Pearls
Wipe with a soft lint free cloth. Clean using a mild soap and water solution. Never expose to chlorinated water. Never clean with solutions that contain ammonia or harsh detergents and never use an abrasive cloth. Avoid storing with other jewellery as pearls can be scratched easily. Re-stringing should not be necessary as the pearls are strung on fine laminated surgical steel for enhanced durability. The lustre of pearls can also be affected by perspiration and acids in the skin.

Our pearl earrings use 925 Sterling Silver findings.

Semi-Precious Stones
Highly durable and should not scratch. Clean with mild soap and water solution.

Resin
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight as it may cause dis-colouring. It may scratch if not stored carefully or comes into contact with abrasive materials. Use a mild soap and water solution to clean.

Pewter
Pewter may dull in lustre if not worn regularly. It is a soft alloy, therefore can scratch easily, so always use a non-abrasive cloth to clean.

Chain and Findings
All our findings are hypo allergenic. The chain and findings are base metal then plated nickel colour- nickel free (NNF). The Kidney-Shaped Fishhook Earring finding and Stud is made of surgical steel.
