Unwanted or unsuitable items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Items should be returned in their original packaging and be unworn. Delivery charges are non-refundable in this instance.
Every item is carefully quality controlled, however should a fault arise, choose from a refund or an exchange.
Goods are deemed as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will not accept returned goods that have obviously been well worn.
Damaged or faulty goods should be packaged appropriately to prevent further damage in transit, and, subject to confirmation, we will refund you in full (including the cost of the postage up to the original delivery cost) or offer you an exchange.
HOW TO RETURN - BY POST
To ensure your returned item is processed quickly please follow these instructions:
Repack your goods in their original packaging and put inside a padded envelope.
Send the item with a copy of your invoice/receipt/order number, contact details and note about the reason for the return to Curzon House, Netherend, Nr.Lydney, Gloucestershire, GL15 6NN.
You must send your return using a secure or traceable method – e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery. Please retain proof of postage - we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is lost in transit.
Please note that until we receive your return, the item and their condition are your responsibility.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed if you choose this option. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
